1. Which manufacturers are supported?

So far, only the “MirrorCam” system from Mercedes-Benz is supported. As soon as there are more manufacturers, we will be pleased to inform you.

2. Do I need additional software?

No, you only need the hardware from us, to correctly place the reference positions for the camera in the room. You can conveniently do the rest by means of the on-board diagnostics of the vehicle.

3. How long does a complete measurement take?

Experienced users manage to configure the system, as well as calibrate the cameras, in about 5 minutes.

4. I already have a system from Haweka. Are the wheel alignment clamps compatible?

No, a self-centring wheel alignment clamp is required for the SCC system.

5. My company is active abroad. Do you also deliver internationally?

We already work with partners in selected countries. If there is no direct partner in your country, please contact us directly.

6. Do you offer training for the product?

Individual training for the SCC calibration system of the MirrorCam is provided on site.

7. How do I order the product?

You can best contact us directly via the order form under “Service & Sales”. We will be pleased to prepare a non-binding offer for you.

8. How do I purchase spare parts?

If you need spare parts, you can most easily get these directly from the dealer who processed the purchase of the whole system for you.
